F. Allon Bailey
Born June 13, 1968, Pikeville, Kentucky. B.S. with distinction in Accounting from University of Kentucky, 1990. J.D., University of Kentucky, 1994. Admitted to practice in all Kentucky Courts, US District Court for Eastern District of Kentucky, and the US Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Member of the Kentucky and Fayette County Bar Associations, Defense Research Institute and Kentucky Defense Counsel. Frequent lecturer in the area of workers’ compensation defense. Has defended over 1000 cases, with trial experience in the areas of medical malpractice, personal injury, labor and lemon law defense. (Member)
