Biography

Matthew I. Boggs

Matthew Boggs was raised in Whitesburg, Kentucky. After receiving his B.A. in Political Science and History from Eastern Kentucky University, Matthew attended law school at the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law. During law school, Matthew was a member of the Trial Advocacy Board’s National Competition Team and competed in the American College of Trial Lawyers’ National Trial Competition. He helped lead his team to back-to-back Regional Trial Competition championships, back-to-back National Trial Competition appearances, and a second runner up finish at the National Trial Competition. Matthew graduated law school and passed the Kentucky Bar Exam in 2019. He clerked for the Honorable Judge Lisa H. Morgan of the 14th Judicial Circuit prior to beginning private practice in domestic relations and creditor’s rights. Matthew joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2025 and primarily practices civil litigation.
