Elizabeth A. Arrick

Beth is a Partner with Casey Bailey & Maines, PLLC. She has diverse experience in civil and criminal litigation. She is admitted to practice in all Kentucky and Ohio state and federal district courts, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. She has successfully tried several cases to verdict and litigated appellate issues through both state and federal courts in Ohio and Kentucky. With over a decade of litigation experience, she is knowledgeable in a number of areas, including criminal defense, automobile liability, premises liability, and medical negligence.
